At Shivaji International Patel Association, we value every contribution and strive to ensure complete transparency. However, since donations and membership fees support ongoing community programs, we follow the policy below regarding refunds and cancellations.

1. Donations

• All donations made to Shivaji International Patel Association are considered final and non-refundable.
• Refunds are only applicable in case of a transactional error (e.g., double payment, technical issue).
• In case of any refunds approved by company, it will take 7 days for the refund to be credited to your original payment method

2. Membership Fees

Membership fees, once processed, are non-refundable as they immediately contribute to administrative and program costs. However, members may discontinue renewal at any time.

3. Event or Program Fees

If an event or program organized by the NGO is canceled by us, the participant may receive a full refund or credit toward a future event.

4. Payment Security

All transactions are processed through secure and verified payment gateways. The organization does not store sensitive financial information like card details.
